Lacrosse Instructions
Sam Darrow, Oak Park’s All Star Goalie
Available to coach / train beginner-through-expert levels to play goalie, this includes but is not limited to the following:
Basic position and stance in the goal specific shots, body movement, and stick skills, passing, clearing, calls and terms, basic understanding of the defense & goalie position.
Also can provide specific coaching / training for attack-men and mid-fielders, this includes, but is not limited to the following:
For midi's, all defensive and offensive aspects of the position. Shooting, passing and stick skills, dodging, agility with the ball, and offensive "tricks", strong, effective clears, rides, and a basic sense of the field and the position.
